The receptions was very welcoming and friendly. The therapist was also very friendly and would continually ask if the pressure was okay. I enjoyed the hot towels before the therapist would move onto the next area. The only reason I was not highly satisfied was because of the linens. I don't know if they were dirty/reused or if they were just old. But the massage was great!

There was a problem when paying. My name was mixed up with someone else. So almost used someone else’ credit.

Recommended the service to be full 1 hour instead of 50 mins. Good RMT is difficult to book timing that is suitable to my schedule.

I am generally happy every time I am there. I think this therapist is just not at the same level as the others

The whole experience was satisfying however it wasn’t exceptional. The reception area was felt cramped. The material cover for the massage table was really rough. No shower facilities

Almost every services are highly satisfied with Hand & Stone. However, as a membership member, I have a lack of information about membership such as using points, first month discounts. But I am so appreciated that I met perfect RMT there.

The experience between massage therapists is really different and inconsistent. A better online scheduling system with the ability to see the therapists availability in the next few weeks would greatly improve my experience at hand and stone.

There wasn’t someone at reception desk when walking in. Didn’t really like the wet towels used to wipe oil off (prefer that oil be left on). It felt rough against my skin and it made the skin feel cold after.

The linen on the massage table had marks, which appeared to be from a previous patron. The massage therapist did not focus on all areas of feet and did not spend enough time on the most problems areas on my upper back as I identified.
