The sheets smelled stale, not fresh linen. With your face down, that's all I can smell which was a bit of a turn off given how the RMT was good.

Our therapist took us in right after our 2pm appt. We were done at 2:50 and we were a bit confused and upon asking the receptionist, they informed us that the 60 min massages are really 50 mins worth of treatment. I did not appreciate not being told that and also remember it differently the first time we attended, having a full 60 mins. Was unhappy with this. Not to mention, your prices are higher than others which on average are 90 per 60 mins plus tax. I found 99 plus tax for 50 minutes way too pricey. Thank you Stephanie

Expectation set too high.

No issueswith my experience

The esthetician talked so much that my facial was not as relaxing as it could have been. Although she was very nice, she was also very pushy as she tried to sell me facial products from the beginning to the end of the facial.

I asked for firm pressure and although the masseuse initially used more pressure, it eventually went back to light pressure.

Some confusion with the appointment booking, but this did not really affect my experience and I would absolutely return to this spa again

Not enough hot towels. And using the same hot towel twice.

Massage therapist had dry skin on his hands. Used pressure that was a bit too hard.

Eased pain from belly down but woke up next day with great pain in my back neck and shoulder, am very sensitive to pressure and previous experience with Swedish massage left me in pain too so I mentioned to be gentle and it was very nice at the time but really hurt the next day.
