Not enough pressure Did not address shoulder concerns

Different pressures. I’m usually used to my regular therapist but she was unavailable this time. Will continue to come back but prefer my usual therapist!

Appointment was delayed 15 minutes And there wasn’t enough appointments that fit my schedule. Also skin was irritated after appointment

I am recently retired and was not feeling well lately, so it has nothing to do with Hand & Stone.

I was very pleased with the service and the massage therapist.

Appointment started late - was left to change around 1:05. However the appointment was over at 1:52. I felt that although it was 50 minutes time should start from when service begins. Not from when you are left to change.

It was good to be highly satisfied it would have to have a more spa like location and feeling

Great service and very nice massage therapist. I think what happened is that she thought I wanted a relaxation massage and I needed to deal with a sore back. I would definitely come back, and I would just make it more clear next time.

I like the place, the therapist and I will continue my visit.

I honestly expected more from the massage experience. I didn't feel highly satisfied after that probably because of the price. I was pretty underwhelmed although the service was good.
