the parking was not optimal which is one unrelated reason. when my mother said she had a gift card they asked her to leave it with them while we had our service which I thought was rude. when we came out they said that the gift card was processed before we ended our session and was all used up on the services and tips which they never mentioned they would be taking off ( and we probably would have given a bigger tip). they were not given permission to use the card before reviewing the fees. We both felt rushed and as if they had already moved on to the next customer so could not asked for further details on the breakdown and were just handed a reciept. Kim my massage therapist was amazing and therefore it is too bad I won't be returning. better customer service at other locations.

It was easy to get an appointment. The staff was friendly. The environment is cleaned.

I enjoyed the massage session, but other than that I really didn't get any other help (eg inviting for a cup of water, introducing the various services without asking, etc). Furthermore, on presenting the gift card, not everyone at the counter was able to get accurate info on the value of the card and as a result I was asked to pay for an amount that wasn't required.

Highly satisfied is beyond expectation. I feel satisfied for the price. Friendly atmosphere.

Prices went up a bit. My favourite massage therapist not available that day. Parking is hit or miss (if there are spots)

Location is a bit out of the way for me to get to on a regular basis so it become a bit of a treat that I can only afford time wise to indulge in a few times a year. The massage and the environment is great but I would not go so far as to rank it as exceptional. What I am getting is good service that is on par with what I would expect at a clinic and not a spa. One thing that I will rate highly is the towel service. It is nice that they therapist will wipe off the excess oil after the massage. It does make the whole experience nicer.

I had hard shoulders when I visited. It getting better but still have some. It’s not completely cured. Therapist told me I need to come again after 2weeks and I will be okey. So I expect how it’s gonna be. That’s why I didn’t put highly satisfied.

We booked 3 massages and only 2 got 80 minutes, I got 60 minutes. It was the long weekend, and they did not have facials available, although I called in on the Monday.

My experience was really good. I think that my massage felt a little rushed but my facial was amazing. I would request both the massage therapist and the aesthician again.

I prefer not to comment at this time, except for the fact that I do not as a rule give 'highly satisfieds' unless the service has been really excellent, really above and beyond.
