My last two visits have nit been great though the 20 visits before were excellent. Two times ago I was left waiting +25 minutes for a facial. Finally I git dressed and came out. There was a mix up. This time, during an 80 minute massage the music played the same 10-12 mi ute loop with a 20 pause over and over again. It was distracting. I mentioned it to the reception and they agreed there was a problem w the music system but did not offer any compensation. With increased prices a few months ago, I expect the quality to be the same or better...not less enjoyable.

I feel that the hand and stone services are very overpriced for the value of the services. I think that the company as a whole should consider re-evaluating their price structure, as the membership options are not attractive. In addition to the high cost of massages, you're also a tipping spa so that makes the services very highly priced in comparison to other, much more luxurious companies. I'd be much more satisfied if I were to pay less. Also, the variance between techniques that massage therapists use is surprisingly high. It seems that there is no consistency and while the first massage I got at hand and stone was very good, the last couple were not satisfactory. I chose to give H&S another chance after my first okay experience, but with this other not great experience, I likely won't be back for a massage.

The facial was highly satisfying. The massage was just satisfying. The overall experience was great.

I was not 100% satisfied with the knowledge of the massage therapist. Her techniques of relieving tension on my back was not as good as last person I had

It was an amazing visit, and the only improvement would be slightly more spa-like amenities like change rooms, shower, relaxation area. The massage was incredible, and I’d love to have that and make it more of a “spa day.”

Several times my requests were not done as requested, for example, when I asked to freeze the membership, it was not, when I asked to activate - it was not activated.
