We have had a membership and had many excellent massages at Hand & Stone. However despite our point accumulation over the year we have been unable to ever redeem points due to back to back appointments. Today we were told all our points expired without us being able to use them.

My membership expired and lost all the points.. was no notified that the membership was expiring.. we receive emails about promotions why couldn't we be notified about expiring membership and points. We have tried to use the points for added service on numerous occasions but never been able as it's always busy. That was disappointing ..

I feel the cost is a little high compared to other spas offering rmt services. I understand there is a convenience factor though. I often can schedule a massage for the same day.

Re Facials: Prefer to pay a bit more and have a more focused spa treatment and perhaps go less frequently to get a more complete service. Small details mean a lot for having the sense of a complete, informed service. Eg. massage hands, arms or neck more thoroughly while waiting for mask to dry instead of leaving the room; more explanation on applications of treatment and what they will do to improve skin. Often my feeling is that estheticians are taking a short cut or are following a very specific, rehearsed routine. Massage therapists are good, thorough and attentive.

I was very satisfied with my visit and appreciated the attention to instruction (pressure required). Therapist was fantastic and made me feel very comfortable from beginning to end.

Space was a little bit cramped in both the reception and massage room. Room ambiance was nice but we could hear outside sounds

The membership was not fully explained to me. When I tried to cancel they told me I had to wait. One of the receptionists did not speak English well.

I told the therapist my main concerns and focus areas and although she took some time to focus on those areas, it wasn't as much as I was expecting. The pressure of the massage was good at the beginning, however, started to decrease as the massage went on. I was hoping the therapist would really work on certain areas but I came out just satisfied with everything. The head massage was great! Overall, still a great experience.
