I was satisfied with the receptionist and my RMT, though when I entered she didn't ask what I was looking for but I decided to let her know anyway because I came in there specifically with pain in specific areas that I wanted relieved. She did a great job in those areas however she didnt do the back of my head, where my neck attaches to my head which was an area I had pointed to which is still a bit tense. But overall she was great. She asked me if the tension was ok throughout the massage which was nice.

When you are going in for a massage, you want to simply relax. However, you can't relax when the massage therapist kept on talking. The therapist also asked me a few personal questions such as my marital status, what I do for living, if I have kids, and if I'm renting/or I own my place. These are none of the massage therapist business. I also felt that the massage therapist was in a rush. Her hands were moving fast and it was not that relaxing. Overall, it was not relaxing. Pret

The oil which is used could be more aromatic, I always have to bring mine Second , if there was one more available female RMT , I and my freind could have massage at the same time and save more time

The room was cold, and noisy due to the vents or whatever was in the ceiling. My RMT did a good job , but i expected more pressure not only on target areas

Therapist did a good job, however appointment started about 10 minutes late. Had to wait in the reception are for someone to check us in, took about 10minutes before someone finally appeared (and stated that the doorbell was no longer working). Would have also been preferred to have been told in advance that therapist would be male, ideally- this should be stated to the customer prior and asked if it would be fine.

Price is a little high comparing to others. ( same quality) Had better massages before, however, that doesnt make you guys bad. I enjoyed my massage.

Highly satisfied means it was excellent and the was good i would not consider it excellent I am a plus size lady the robes wraps and slippers are made for average to small size person I have pointed this out several times I feel that the facial / aesthetics side is very nice with nice staff however I feel you lacking in a senior more qualified aestheticians

My massage therapist was really great, I just felt that it was too expensive, at a complete spa for example I would get a massage and other experiences at a similar price point.

I would have liked more pressure during the massage on problem areas. Thank you!

Room number was was very noisy. Your could hear everything happening at reception from clients checking in, paying to the new staff member being trained. It was very distracting and really took away from my experience. I would not have another massage there if it had to be in that room. The masseuse was friendly enough but there was definitely a language barrier at times which was also frustrating. Not the best first impression.
