Therapist did not spend particular attention to the problem areas consulted before the session. The flow of massage was disjointed in comparison to other massages I've had where the therapist's hands are always on the body (there were several long pauses within the massage where therapist is changing massage areas and adding oil). Hot towel application is sloppy leaving the sheets uncomfortably damp while getting the massage. The moving of sheets in between massage areas felt rushed and sloppy leaving the massage session feeling less relaxing.

the therapists pressure is too general, regardless the fact that I advised her to use firm pressure and mentioned at the questionairs prior to the msg.

The provider had limited English capability the service was sufficient but not detailed enough to provide relief to particular back leg issue...did provide relaxation relief

The room is just a typical massage room. There's nothing different from other company. Client shouldn't pay extra to have a lavender or other scents in the massage room. But as long as it is not "Febreze" I'm ok without scent on the room. ;)

The therapist was really nice and friendly. I wanted more a deep tissue massage. I had asked her to apply more pressure, which initially she did. but then later it was too light again. It wasn't a terrible massage...but for the money... I think I would go elsewhere. I did appreicate that everyone there is a RMA .. and all very nice. I would probably recommend it to someone else.. but for myself personally, i will most likely just continue going to a therapist that knows me

I hope I can communicate better with my therapist about the exact location of my muscle pain. I prefer the therapist use finger or hand massage than use arm.

The hot towels, although soothing, took away from the effect the oil has on the skin. Instead of feeling smooth and silky, I felt like I had been scrubbed down and then my skin was left dry. Thankfully I carry lotion in my purse.

Different therapists have different approaches. Unfortunately the two that I am more than satisfied with in addressing my problem with tense muscles and many knots are rarely available. Other therapists just do not compare to them in any way.

I only reserve the 'highly satisfied' category for very very exceptional services. I am happy with what I had received at this Hand and Stone

I was expecting a full body massage and only focused on problem area. Tried to pinpoint the area and took too long - I felt more pain over the next few days and didn't feel as relaxed during the massage as I have in the past with same person.
