I was very pleased and satisfied with the service In regards to high ratings. Nothing is perfect but my overall experience was great. Pricing could be a little lower.

The RMT was good but for some reason did not have the rhythm when doing the massage.He was jumping from one spot to another very quickly.

RMT Edna is a very knowledgeable professional. She was able to reduce the pain in my shoulder. Gerald at Reception also was very helpful.

The receptionist insisted that I provide my credit card on the phone just as we spoke, and was very insistent. I felt like I was not trusted that I would pay for my appointment, especially given that I am an old customer. I really couldn't spend more time at that time to provide my credit card since I was at work. I wish Hand & Stone would provide a revision of their policies in this area.

Overall, I had a very good experience with the spa. The massage was quite excellent and the therapist seemed very skilled in what he was doing. My only slight concern was it did not appear that the therapist focussed on the areas we had discussed. Also, he was very brief in his interaction with me (not necessarily a negative, as I am not a chatty person, but it did feel a little cold)
