Fiona is a great massage therapist.

I've had a more refreshing experience with other massage therapists at the location.

I enjoyed my facial.

Reception is clean bright and airy, but it doesn't take many people for it to feel full. The massage room I was in was closest to the street and entrance door and I could hear the bell from the door every time it opened and street noise throughout my massage.

Booked 80min and I think I got about 65min

The service next door was rather loud and somewhat disruptive and distracting.

It was a little awkward at the end when I was told that what I was quoted was not what it should have been - the discussion between the receptionist and owner could have taken place elsewhere. Glad they honoured what was quoted. Massage was great! Felt 100% better afterwards.

The experience felt rushed. Was not as relaxing as I was hoping for. While it is a good value, you get what you pay for.

Background music was a little too loud for me during the message. My back felt chilly when my arm was being messaged and the sheets were not covering my back during that time.

The RMT was not very effective. No communication. Felt rushed.
