Rooms are not sound proof ... you can hear talking in the hallway.

I would of liked if the beds and lines were better quality....more hotel like

Clinic is not able to explain their therapists well.

High pressure selling of packages . Only one person needs to ask and only one person needs to hear me say no

The spa is wonderful, it was just that I was asked "Is this painful?" but not whether if the pressure was enough. I had asked if the pressure could be increased, which it was, but it only lasted a bit. I'd also asked to work on neck and lower back - the lower back didn't get much attention and too much time was spent on the hair massage. This comment was only for this one experience with this RMT, all other times have been wonderful and effective massages with other RMTs. Thank you.

Unfortunately the massage therapist didn't meet my expectations in terms of what I like, pressure and overall experience just lacked something, I believe some people you just don't connect with and he wasn't a good for me and also his phone rang twice during the treatment which made it for a unpleasant experience. With that being said it will not discourage me for future visits I'll just have to request different therapists.

it's important that you raise the bar - highly satisfied does not allow for continually striving to make your customer's experience the best it can possibly be vs the competition

I like the setup with regime ! Amazing owner friendly atmospher! Good service with warmthness.

Some areas of my body were not worked on as efficiently as others.

The massage was overall good but not as relaxing as I would have liked.
