The appointment time was wrongly booked for my friend and myself. The requested therapist as promised was switched. My friend was very disappointed. I had recommend her to accompany me.

The massage was wonderful. However, the facial afterwards was odd. The therapist did not explain the process, what products she was using or what kind of skin type/issues she saw. In essence, I lay in silence for an hour. At the end, I had no concept of what had been applied to my face or for what reason. Weird.

Fire alarm testing in the building was a bit disruptive Another therapist entered knocked and opened the door by mistake, also mildly disruptive

The massage technique used did not relax me. i will ask for a different technique or another RMT next time i visit.

I booked for hot stone massage, but after I arrived it wasn't booked as that for some reason so I had to wait an additional 20-30 mins so the stones could heat up.

Previous customer had arrived late. But we're provided with their regular full length service. So we - who had arrived on time - had to wait 20min to start.

Miscommunication between the RMT and front desk. I requested a couple massage with my spouse and the RMT kept asking if I wanted a single room for myself even when Mike told her I booked a couple massage.
