I have had fabulous facials where the estatcian provided some gentle massages on face, head, shoulders and arms while product was placed on my face. It helped make the whole experience more relaxing. The facial itself was nice but I felt like I was missing something at the end. I am not faulting the service provider as I assume she is merely following the procedures outlined for a facial. On a very positive note I really enjoyed the add on foot exfoliation. That was amazing.

My daughter had asked her massage therapist to not do it so hard but she didn't really listen or ask her any questions throughout where my massage therapist asked me throughout if it was too hot or too hard. Mine was wonderful to be clear

Location was a little small (no effect on the quality of service) Masseuse was not very knowledgeable with the auto immune disease I had, so I had to explain, also explain my medications.

Value for service received was lacking. Appointment times of only 50 minutes is stingy. One full hour for the prices charged would be more cost effective for the customer. Ambiance was nice but I would not return because of the cost.

The RMT was late returning to the massage room before providing treatment. As such, the treatment provided was only 40 minutes in duration, while I was on time and paid for the full treatment.

The room was slightly cold (my feet were freezing but the rest of me was comfortable) and I would have preferred a bit more pressure during my massage.

Everyone is extremely warm and inviting. Great customer service. But my massage was not relaxing. Therapist started off strong and check pressure but as session went on her hands became weaker. Back was good. Feet, arms, legs were wasted time - like limp Noodle pressure. But she was such a nice person and probably was tired from busy holiday schedule so did not ask her to apply more pressure. I would go back for the great customer service. If massage next time is similarly limp though ... may not. Sorry but relaxing is why I go.

Linens can be better/feel softer to the skin. Heated massage bed would be nice.
