I want to buy more dermalogica product. I am looking forward to having a chance that more promotion, more variety of products.

I called and was lucky enough to get a cancellation for a threading appointment I had lip, chin and sides threaded and my eyebrows tinted. I did find the estiatian to be very helpful and pleasant and knowledge , i have made a further appointment for the same service. However I do think that the cost of almost $60 very expensive for a threading appointment

I will definitely ask for the same therapist again.

I had better experience with RMT that is no longer with this company. Some of the receptionist is not very experienced when making the appointment over the phone.

I find the reception staff a little too talkative and nosy, which takes away from the relaxing atmosphere.

therapist did not introduce herself, left room a number of times for product/oil, coughing and sniffling during massage, did not ask if pressure was adequate or address any of my concern areas that were indicated on initial intake form.
