The receptionist was lovely and the RMT was great! My only suggestion would be to have a change room available with housecoats so that the clients can change ahead of time!

The appointment was done quickly. The massage was excellent and addressed my areas of concern. The massag therapist was very professional.

The massage therapist (Jennifer) was so patient and welcoming. I liked the massage very much. More importantly, at the end of the massage, I asked her a question about a problem I had and she patiently and generously shared her knowledge with me and even went above and beyond and showed me the answer on her cellphone.

My experience at this location has always been amazing. Kim is absolutely fantastic and always knows exactly how to relieve any aches and pains that I have.

Massage with Jennifer was excellent! Lots of solid work, including deep pressure, on back, neck and shoulders. A bit of attention to arms and feet. But most of the time was working the tension out of problem areas. Which she did. Jennifer has strong hands and isn't afraid to apply the pressure I wanted. I would consider an 80-minute massage next time, to get this same excellent treatment of problem areas, plus full-body relaxation massage.

The therapist remembered my request from previous visits about the amount of pressure and was interested and aware of my sensitive areas. She helped me very carefully to get on the bed and to turn and made me very comfortable.
