Hand and Stone

The facial treatment was individualized for my skin type. The massage was relaxing. All services were on time. Hand and stone is good value for service.

Kim is a wonderful massage therapist. I drive to this location for her. The Bayview location is clean and well maintained.

Everything from check in to leaving was friendly and efficient. The massage and the therapist were excellent. I particularly liked the hot oil.

I was highly satisfied becuase the staff and therapist where really helpful and the massage was excellent. We had a small issue as to the the type of appointment , they were able to fix the error and provide the massage requested.

For all intents and purposes, Kim is a physio therapist. She is extremely knowledge about full body muscle structure not only from her training in Korea, but also in sports physiotherapy as she worked with her daughter, a serious ballerina, for years.

I felt comfortable with the cleanliness throughout the entire spa. Additionally, my esthetician at the Bayview location, Rita, is amazing at her job. She is knowledgeable, Honest and is always suggesting great products. I have seen such an improvement in my skin and I owe it all to her. I am excited to return. Shout out to Rita for being an actual angel!

Chi was a very excellent RMT

Rita was fantastic - best facial I have ever had. She was very thorough during the treatment, and explained every step along the way. She also reviewed all the products with me at the end and went over what they are used for, how often, what quantity, and when (day/night). I will absolutely be back to see her!
