Rita made me feel very welcome and comfortable. She didn’t make me feel like I was being judged and she also was very respectful with her suggestions. I couldn’t have asked for a better first facial experience here in Canada!

The appointment was easily made over the phone, and the receptionist was friendly and helpful. Kim was amazing and included stretches which increased relaxation that overall helped ease aches and pains greatly. I also love that she puts towels under my shoulders to maximize comfort when laying face down - never had anyone else do that and it makes such a big difference! :)
