Your staff were all friendly and thorough. I particularly appreciated the receptionist, who handled a customer before me who had many requests and seemed very anxious or frustrated. The receptionist was exceptionally patient and hand-wrote the details for the client, and effectively responded so that the client calmed down. Well done!

Brenda is fantastic; she provided one of the best facials I have ever had. It was a new procedure that she suggested and she made certain I was comfortable throughout. The spa was respectful of my time, but I never felt rushed. I will be back within the month.

I think H&S is getting a bit expensive considering the price hike and offering only 50 minutes of treatment. The amount reimbursed from my insurance has not increased so it will get more costly for me. I would recommend going to 60 minutes.
