All the staff were very nice and accommodating. The massage and facial was superb. My whole body felt completely light and relaxed during and after the session.

Staff were pleasant and friendly. Appointment was on time. Efficiently run. Was made to feel comfortable.

Rita has been great in looking into my skin's needs.. another bonus is I get to relax while undergoing treatment. Results are amazing!

Everyone was very welcoming and made sure my treatment went well, I felt very relaxed after, Swan who is my RMT, was really knowledgeable and skilled during my treatment, will always come back to Hand and Stone for all my massages.

The appointment process was so seamless and everyone I encountered was very friendly and welcoming. My massage therapist made sure I was comfortable the entire time and made sure there were no issues with the massage and pressure points. Even though I haven't booked another appointment yet, I plan on doing so very soon!

I was not satisfied at all, during my massage it felt as though the therapist was just rubbing lotion on my back with some pressure, it did not feel like any of the massages I have gotten at this location before. The therapist was very nice and comforting, he just did not do a good job of massaging. They only used their palms and forearm and did so ineffectively. I did not feel at all relaxed.

1) therapist has good knowledge 2) easy booking appointment with less hustle 3) clean

Everything was excellent, except that the therapist was talkative and it doesn't let you relax well . Lol That was my only concern

The receptionist and staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. The atmosphere with the dimmed lights and soft music made my daughter very comfortable. My daughter’s skin concerns were addressed very well so we are hoping for good results!

Had excellent service during my last visit. Was able to make a short notice appointment over the phone. Receptionist was polite and helpful. Massage was excellent.
