Started session 20 minutes late but session was very good

Chi, the RMT, is really skillful, friendly, and professional. The receptionists are always friendly and polite. The new online booking system makes booking an appointment much more easier.

After some intense shoveling after the recent snowstorm, Jen was able to work on all my tight areas and relieve tension. At one point near the end I almost felt like I was going to doze off.

Kim is amazing. She is incredibly talented as a massage therapist. She is kind and asks what my needs are at any point in time. I always look forward to her massages.

Kim the Massage therapist is pleasant. She asked questions and very knowledgeable. Kim is my favorite therapist because she always get it right. She is the only reason why I still have my membership at Hand & Stone. Would recommend her to family and friends.

Value for the money was well worth it. Convenient location and times available.

Easy booking. Massage therapist was great- it was my first time trying decompression cupping and he made sure to tell me what to expect and checked in frequently to make sure I was comfortable.
