Seng is always so friendly. Chi is just fantastic. They make me feel welcome. I was running 5 minutes late and they were so accommodating.

Jennifer is an excellent massage therapist. She has excellent knowledge of the human muscular system and her massage technique is fantastic!

I had several tight spots and a bit of pain. Regina was able to work on those spots and identify a few others. She was able to work on the treatment areas to help make me feel better.

Regina, an RMT who works at this location, is very talented and I find that her style suits me very very well. I tend to need firmer pressure and she has good instincts and is well trained. The reason I would go to this or any other Hand and Stone comes down purely to finding a therapist that suits me. That's my main criterion when I visit hand and stone, and why I've bounced around between locations in the past. If you have good therapists, that's by far the most important factor.

Vicky handled my hypoglycemia during my appointment very well. She helped me feel comfortable and rebalance my blood sugar by offering snacks. She also took great care in ensuring I was comfortable as this was my first prenatal massage.

Enjoyed Regina’s services. She was very knowledgeable, engaged and kind. Did a great job working out knots and tension and confirmed things I had heard from my cupping/acupuncturist a few days prior.

I truly like the experience of the massage and the place. Kim is also great. My only concern with the membership has been ( and staff knows about it) that the secondary insurance gives me a hard time because the date of payment doesn’t match date of treatment. Last year I did not get reimbursed for almost 5 treatments. I wish you came up with a solution to this.

The massage therapist that I had was absolutely amazing....the best treatment I have ever had. I loved the hot towels. The other staff were friendly and efficient
