Overall the whole process, from booking to getting my massage was super smooth and easy. The massage therapist was great. Perfect amount of pressure applied, she didn’t talk so I could relax. Just perfect.

My massage therapist, Kim, at Bayview Village Hand and Stone is fantastic. I have been going exclusively to her for about 4 or 5 years. She is very very knowledgeable and her massage techniques keep back and neck pain at bay. While it is expensive for me, my massage appointments with Kim are part of my health regime. She is also friendly and warm. And the girls at the reception are also lovely and helpful. The rooms and bathroom are really kept clean.

Regina was fantastic. She was able to work with my problem areas, and checking with me before the massage on any injuries I may have, through questions and by asking me to move my head/neck to gauge any problem areas.

My experience at hand and stone was great. My RMT Vicky was calm and only spoke to ask questions about pain level and pressure. The massage room was very clean and the location was very accessible for me. I plan to bring my boyfriend here within the next 90 days and Ill be trying out the other services offered here.
