Kim is an awesome RMT. She ensures you’re comfortable and warm. She knows what she’s doing snd relieved my pain. It was relaxing at the same time

It was very good massage, that's the most important part of the experience for me. She understood exactly what i wanted and i was very relaxed.

I was able to book an appointment a week in advance easily over the phone. My RMT was very helpful in treating areas that I identified. Everything ran on schedule.

Every part of the experience from start to end went perfectly well. - The receptionist was very nice, and booked my appointment without issue - Entering the establishment was met with a clean and friendly environment, with no wait times - The room was very clean - The RMT was extremely friendly, and very personable - The pressure and areas she worked on was excellent - I felt refreshed upon leaving There were no negative aspects of the experience. This is contrary to some other places where I feel the RMT just does some random actions with no communication. There was just the right amount to make everything great.

I do think the price is a bit high and fortunately we have a plan that covers most of the cost. Your member price emails have encouraged me to book more often. I very often recommend your spa.
