I enjoy being able to book my appointments online. I also appreciate the emails when they have last minute availability. I choose the same therapist- Chi. He is always welcoming and asks for my problem areas. Also, Tamar at the front desk is always happy to see clients. She also is very responsive by phone and email which I appreciate. I will continue my membership.

Great service from the arrival to the departure. professional therapist who not only try to resolve the problem but also provided future direction to get better. Ms. Kim was the best therapist. Only complain is that I have hard time finding her available time. Can't express my satisfaction in words. Thank you.

This was my first time seeing any practitioner during covid. The receptionist was fantastic and very knowledgeable with a giftcard concern I had. Everything was clean and I felt at ease the whole time. Massage was much needed and got a lot of tenion out of my back

The email notifications that provided a quick snapshot about available Appointments in the next few days allowed me to call the site and see if the specific appointment I was interested in was available. I rarely plan to far ahead and the ability to know what appointment is available helped in a last minute choice to go and get massage. I literally called at 11:35am and had appointment for 12:00. Massage started a few minutes before 12 as I arrived a few minutes early. Amazing last minute massage!!!
