Was highly satisfied with the massage. Better than my last RMT

My 13 year old daughter booked the massage for me for my birthday as a gift. She was very happy with how friendly and helpful the staff was over the phone. Had a wonderful and relaxing experience. I would definitely recommend.

Professional and friendly massage therapist who delivered very relaxing massage that goes deep to the pain location, and explained which parts are tight and how to stretch them.

Staff were very friendly. Intake was smooth and appointment was on time. Was able to book same-day appointment which is great for my ambiguous daily schedule. Massage was great and staff were super nice.

Tamar replied my call and when I missed it, she emailed me right away, which is convenient for me. When I arrived, receptionists were so friendly, we were happy to see each other again after months of lockdown. Chi, the RMT, is so professional, so friendly, so good with his skills - my aches and pains were gone after my one session since February. I'm so happy H&S at Bayview/Sheppard is open again!

Kim is an experienced therapist. This was my first visit with her. I usually see Patrick who is also excellent. They both target the problem areas without hurting me and I feel so much better for days. Highly recommend the Bayview Village Clinic and these two therapists.

Edna customized the treatment to my needs and offered specific after care advice when asked. She understood my need to not talk the entire time as I prefer to keep the chit chat to a minimum. She checked in frequently to make sure the pressure was appropriate. Front staff were very welcoming and polite. I did not feel pressured to purchase any products. I am still using the micro exfoliating scrub I purchased last year and love it.
