HI! This was my first time to Bayview Village Hand and Stone and I would definitely return. Everyone was so friendly, patient and kind. My massage therapist, Edna, was awesome. She chatted just enough to make me feel comfortable but not too much! Perfect balance. She also was adept at finding just the right pressure and technique. I highly recommend the peppermint oil to add to your massage. Thanks again for making me feel welcome and safe!

With all this uncertainty of the situation we are all in, staffs at Hand and Stone Bayview village provided very clear procedure from booking appointment to check-in. The massage service of course was great as always and could feel that safety measures were very well implemented.

Have ramped up safety and cleanliness because of COVID. The therapist ensure i was aware of safety protocols but also helped with my physical symptoms which was why I was there in the first place
