Hand and Stone

I love coming to this particular location. The receptionists are friendly, the massage therapists are excellent - I have 3 therapists that I use: Jack, Kim and Chi and they are all fantasstic therapists and very kind. I have moved house , but still drive to this location even though it is not the closest one !

Fred is a wonderful practitioner and highly knowledgeable. Everyone is very friendly and welcoming. I enjoyed the cold spring water offered and the ease of payment and booking.

The staff was courteous. The clinic implemented many hygiene practices to ensure safety. I liked wearing masks, storing clothes in bins, disposable cups etc

I have been a member since 2017 at this place, love the staff and their efforts to keep everything in order. The receptionist was well informed of what has been happening with the pandemic and was very friendly. Loved my massage after a very long time of not being able to visit the place, thanks

First let me tell u what my issue was in reception. The front door was not wiped after other people entered or exited. I pointed this out and found the receptionist’s response very polite but feel that The importance of this needs to be stressed Much more. It would be great if the door could be controlled at the desk or made automatic by a button one could tap with an elbow.

The spa was very clean and uncluttered. Everyone was friendly and seemed happy to be back at work. I was happy to be back at Hand & Stone and will be back soon

I had a great experience. I said that I was only satisfied with the products used because I didn’t have any issue or knowledge on what was being used.

With everything that is going on currently I felt very safe. I had no concerns with cleanliness at all. Staff very friendly and answered all my questions. My massage left me feeling well. It was nice to have a bit of “normalcy” back. Can’t wait for my next appointment

Always a pleasant experience at this location. All the staff are very friendly and caring, taking the time to make sure they have captured and understand all of your needs and reason for visit.
