Hand and Stone

First let me tell u what my issue was in reception. The front door was not wiped after other people entered or exited. I pointed this out and found the receptionist’s response very polite but feel that The importance of this needs to be stressed Much more. It would be great if the door could be controlled at the desk or made automatic by a button one could tap with an elbow.

The spa was very clean and uncluttered. Everyone was friendly and seemed happy to be back at work. I was happy to be back at Hand & Stone and will be back soon

I had a great experience. I said that I was only satisfied with the products used because I didn’t have any issue or knowledge on what was being used.

With everything that is going on currently I felt very safe. I had no concerns with cleanliness at all. Staff very friendly and answered all my questions. My massage left me feeling well. It was nice to have a bit of “normalcy” back. Can’t wait for my next appointment

Always a pleasant experience at this location. All the staff are very friendly and caring, taking the time to make sure they have captured and understand all of your needs and reason for visit.

I called morning of and was able to get an appointment right away. My massage therapist was exceptional

The therapist focused upon the areas I wanted. I received the right amount of pressure I was relaxed enough to nod off a couple of times.

I have been coming to this branch for a very long time, as it is both close to my house and also I love the staff. They are fast, efficient and extremely friendly. I can always book a last minute appointment and they can always accommodate me.

Close to home, easy to relax because of nice environment, appointment was booked on the same day, staff is knowledgeable especially the massage therapist I had.
