It was fast and easy to make an appointment and both the therapists that I had were very nice and friendly. I appreciated the quick and very helpful staff.

The therapist welcomed me, asked me about my needs and then provided what I asked for. She also checked in with me several times throughout the massage to make sure I was comfortable.

The staff is friendly. The massage therapist knew what they were doing. They were polite and professional. The reception staff were courteous after the massage. Like the fact that tip envelopes can be dropped at the front.

Honestly I booked my massage last min same day and got in and the massage was fantastic. I have already told 2 ppl about this place and will definitely go back there next month. Chi was amazing... I found my place now moving forward for massages.

I really enjoy having Tamar do my facial. She is very professional and just does all the right things (conversation, information about skin care, asking if I need anything) to make the experience truly wonderful. I have been doing these sessions with my sister and it is a special day to do the spa treatment and go for a nice lunch. The service at Hand & Stone is such a great start to the day.
