I really enjoy having Tamar do my facial. She is very professional and just does all the right things (conversation, information about skin care, asking if I need anything) to make the experience truly wonderful. I have been doing these sessions with my sister and it is a special day to do the spa treatment and go for a nice lunch. The service at Hand & Stone is such a great start to the day.

Chi the therapist is amazing. Front desk reception is terrible, each one says something different. Computer problems always. They always blame the other receptionist. Not organized at all.

Extremely friendly and efficient staff. Very clean areas- reception, bathroom and the treatment rooms. Very efficient and knowledgeable and caring aesthetician

I usually come on Friday and the reception is always so friendly and welcoming ! The other times I came in on different days the reception was not as friendly ! Also Shi is one of my favourite ! He really makes y feel very relaxed
