Very good experience

I had a great Massage and Jennifer was wonderful. As was the receptionist. It was a great experience overall.

The receptionist was so nice. Even called me by name when i walked in she said she remembered me. Was so friendly. Chi was amazing. I only use him For my massages. Can’t wait for my next one.

I believe that the staff go the extra mile to know me and consider what is important to me.

Jen was very knowledgeable and friendly; I was completely satisfied with the massage. However, I will not return to this location but will continue to visit the Leaside location. Overall, I felt great I wished the rooms were more spacious and a quiet room to relax afterwards would have made a greater impact for me. While waiting in the reception area, I overheard a concerning story. An older female customer walked-in with some gift cards, unbeknowst to her they expire. I was very disappointed when the recptionist did not try to call a manager to see what could be offered to the senior. I wish the receptionist made an effort to try and help the lady. I was very sadden by the experience. I felt in a bad mood afterwards, I even said something to the receptionist. She said "I will call my manager" but too little too late the customer left without an appointment and she really could use a massage.

Fred was incredible. He was really knowledgeable about my aches and pains and did exactly what was needed to help ease my shoulder tension. I will definitely be seeing him again!

When I arrived at the spa my phone was out of charge. I asked the receptionist if anyone had a charger for my phone. She found someone that tracked one down for me and my phone charged while I had my treatment. I particularly liked the hot oil applied as part of my massage.

Lots of appointment options available, with options after 5 pm as well. Receptionist gave me an alternative facial appt since the rmt was not available.

This was my third visit and i will be coming back again for a great experience.
