Hand and Stone

Jennifer was an excellent massage therapist. Yesterday experience was not good but today I have to say that hand and stone team is professional and they have best customer service in town. Thank you so much for your customer service and thank you Jennifer for a relaxing massage.

I have a prepaid monthly package at Hand & Stone. I really enjoy my treatment there. Everyone is kind and efficient. I highly recommend this place.

The service I received from Vicky at Bayview Village was exceptional. She understood that this was my first massage, and walked me through the steps to make myself comfortable. She also understood that I had a severe nut allergy and accommodated oils use accordingly. During the session, she asked if her pressure was too firm or if towels were too hot - something I truly appreciated. Thanks, Vicky!

Great service, efficient & the price was fair.

Fiona was amazing, she found all my tension spots and really worked on them. I was really impressed with how the hot stones made such a difference, I am so glad I tried it. My only complaint is that parking is less than ideal, I needed to call in to try to figure out where I was supposed to go. And I guess I wish there was a lounge to hang out in, but considering the amount of space available, that's understandable. I do plan on coming back.

My appointment with Tamara was exceptional..She was very knowledgeable and my facial was just so fantastic..I had the best facial ever and loved how she massaged my shoulders and face ..my face felt and looked so much better...I will continue to book with her

Patrick has been an excellent RMT for me. His knowledge base and skill set are so helpful considering I come into the appointment with a different pain each week! I would recommend this Hand and Stone location to anyone.
