The H&S team were proficient in getting me set up. Highly responsive via email communication which was very useful as I could alter my appointments during work hours. They were incredibly accomodating for my friends and I when we got stuck in traffic and came a few minutes late to our appointment. We were not rushed but taken in to our appts very quickly. All staff members were pleasant and helpful throughout the experience and the massages/facials my friends and I got were very relaxing and rejuvenating.

I was seen by Kim, absolutely professional and very well knowledgeable in the effective area I needed the message for. I will definitely book another appointment with her.

Clean, nice ambiance many locations allows flexibility, long hours can make an appointment after work. Nice to have fresh water in the reception.

My experience was excellent! Jennifer was my RMT and she made me feel very comfortable and welcome. She took her time with my massage and focused in on areas that needed more attention. I was very relaxed and felt very comfortable in the space provided. The receptionist also took the time to explain to me the membership program that I can sign up for and I really appreciated this information.

My esthetician was amazing. I do find the pricing high however given how amazing my esthetician was, I will be returning despite this.

My body felt renewed and re-energized after the massage.

The massage therapist was very good at explaining things. He described the areas he saw as being tight or needing work. He also suggested ways for me to do.

The only things is that some of the products I wanted to buy sold out. But Tamar is wonderful and I love getting facials from her.
