Chi, the RMT, was professional and really good at identifying areas that are tight. Receptionist was good at offering water. Membership perks are good. Facility is clean.

The massage therapist, Will, is very knowledgeable about body mechanics. He can feel where the muscle tightness, knots etc are and remedies them effectively. He informs the patient with his findings/issues and educates them about possible causes, preventative and corrective measures. Makes you feel comfortable and relaxed.

I had Patrick again, he knows my body and knows how much pressure to apply. I have been with H&S for two years now and I am extremely happy with the service I have been getting. I have had offers on Groupon for other spa's for far less money and I remain loyal to your service regardless of price. Great work of the manager to retain such great talent.
