Kim is excellent!! She is very knowledgeable and knows her Clients very well.

People were very friendly. Massage therapist was excellent.

The therapist at Hand and Stone Bayview Village (Vicky) is excellent. She has ‘miracle hands.’ I stopped going to Rain Salon and Spa because of her. The reception staff are also very nice, as is the owner.

The staff are the first points of contact, and made me feel welcomed. The massage therapist was wonderful, and made my massage experience relaxing. I love the location of the facility, it's perfect either by car or subway.

Kim is absolutely fantastic. Her knowledge and skill levels are at the level of a physiotherapist. I have tried chiropractic for neck pain from two different chiropractors. Only Kim was able to get rid of it. She is a lovely person as well. I absolutely trust her to care of me effectively.

The experience was great however I received an abundance of emails/texts/phone calls and voice messages to remind me of the appt, which was very annoying!! this was enough to turn me off

Staff was very friendly and welcoming. RMT focused on requested areas and relieved my aches and pains. Good pressure was applied during the massage. Regular checks to ensure I was ok throughout the massage. Check out process was very smooth.
