Shary, my therapist, is very efficient and skillful in her profession. She always give me a great massage.

My RMT did not speak during the actual massage, which was great. This helps with relaxation. She only spoke to ask how the pressure was or to let me know when to turn over. She addressed my issues and my back pain is almost completely gone from just one session.

This was my first time booking an appointment for a Deep Tissue Massage, as previously I had come only for hot stone massages (which were truly awesome!). I work at a computer all day, and so the tension that builds in my back is just insane - the receptionist helped to recommend which RMT I should book with for my needs, and the appointment absolutely delivered. I booked again immediately after that appointment for another Deep Tissue Massage, to keep the progress going that we'd started :) I love the atmosphere of Hand & Stone, and will be happy to return again and again.
