Hand and Stone

I had a problem with my neck & shoulder. My friend recommended Chi @ H+S. He took care of the problem. The place is clean, the staff friendly & Chi is very professional. I am aware that I have to go for follow-up treatment, due to the type of injury, and am happy to trust Chi with it. I am also happy to recommend Hand & Stone Massage, due to my positive experience.

The therapist was great very professional. One of the best massages I have had in a long time . He even did some stretching which was great.

Chi has always been wonderful for my massage. HOWEVER when I phoned to book after receiving an e mail it was $20.00 off..I asked the girls and she said and then when I went to pay it was $99.00..I did not understand the explanation, but to me it is false advertising...I have been a long time client ..I am a Senior on a fixed income...and I would like to continue to go to HS Bayview but need a further explanation

I felt comfortable. I was not pressured into something I didn’t want. The staff was extremely pleasant to deal with.
