Hand and Stone

I have been going to Kim years before she went to Hand and Stone. I go to H&S for Kim. If she stopped working there for some reason and went somewhere else I would follow her.

The needs I had were addressed and taken seriously and with care. The reception is always friendly and professional so I feel comfortable and welcome. The location of the establishment is close by to where I live so it's easy for me to walk over and go back making the whole experience relaxing (if I had to drive with traffic and park I would be more stressed).

Rita is excellent. She recommended a product that I can already see the difference after using. Stephanie is always very friendly.

At times, I wish that there is more than one esthetician working so I can have a facial with my mom at the same time.

Jill is an extremely helpful and knowledgeable therapist. In addition to her wonderful massages, wiithout me mentioning, by massaging, she notices my headache issue that I have been suffering for years, and provided tips on reducing it.

Great service, excellent value and convenient location for me. Sometimes parking is an issue but usually it works out. Happy with the spa overall. Excellent estheticians.
