The staff is very nice and helpful!! I love this location, have been a member for the past year and I highly satisfied from the service

The reception and massage room were really good atmosphere! And even though I was 10min late, they were welcoming and good customer service. Massage therapist was good I needed more pressure for the lower back but I guess because of my pregnancy?? Anyway, her pressure was really good for shoulder and neck! I was so relaxed, thank you so much...!

Tamar is an excellent esthetician. Her massages and her technique is by far one of the best. I have had my facials done at the Old Mill; Elmwood Spa; and others and she is by far the best. She examines my skin and suggests the facial/products that will address my concerns. She is excellent!!

First impressions are lasting. On my first visit @Bayview village I was only accompanying my mom for her appointment. Her RMT was warm, welcoming & professional. After her appt she walked out as if she'd been to heaven and had only good reviews. Its a bit pricey but I booked the same RMT after my return from Montreal about 2weeks after. I felt very satisfied with Yi Qi's service. I generally only have massages while on holiday about once a year. After this experience I realized it is something that my body really needed and I'm grateful that it happened @Hand & Stone spa. I'm hoping to visit again before my return to T&T. I'll always recommend Hand and Stone in the future!
