Joan was very good with the facial. She evaluated my skin and told me the areas of concern. After the facial, my skin looked and felt better. Becky was good with the massage. She was attentive to my needs and concerns.

Kim listened to me describe my problem areas and then worked effectively to help lessen the tightness. The atmosphere is calming with good lighting and background music. I'm always offered a drink be it water or tea.

I’ve been a member for a couple of years. Massage has been recommended by my rheumatologist as an adjunct to managing arthritis. I have to share that it may take a bit to zero in on the therapist that fits each individual but it is well worth the time to find what works personally. I visit Hand and Stone in the US also. Great therapy when traveling

Welcome greeting. Attentive staff. Cleanliness overall. Music, lighting, temperature in rooms is great.

Everything was seamless from calling for an appointment - no waiting when I arrived and then I had an extremely relaxing 80 minute massage treatment. The massage therapist (Becky) was excellent. I have had many massages over the years and this was one of the best. I immediately booked my next massage at the end of the appointment. This is something I rarely do. The receptionist was very professional and welcoming. She offered me a beverage of fruit infused water and kindly answered all of my questions. Overall it was a great experience and I wouldn't hesitate to make a recommendation for a massage at this location.
