I liked the overall experience. The receptionist was very friendly and gave us all the information we needed. I definitely will recommend you guys.

I had a physical issue before the massage but after I felt fantastic. Because I had my facial first it would have been better to have not lost the creams or oils on my face to the face down towel when having my massage! There was no point in the good that the oils were going to do to my face when it was all going to be wiped off during the massage. Is there a way to fix this issue when the massage follows the facial?

The receptionist was very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. She made me feel very welcome. The therapist went out of her way to learn about my situation, to make me feel comfortable, to do her very best to help, and to share information that I might find useful.

Friendly staffs, clean and comfortable palce, either reception area and massage rooms and equipments are professional. All staffs are ready-to-serve attitude what makes me be cared.

I called into the spa for an immediate appointment. The esthetician I use has to be called. I wasn't expecting to be able to make such a quick appointment but wanted to try anyway. The esthetician, Stephanie, rushed over from wherever she was to accommodate me. She made my day.

The massage therapist listens well to my needs and does a good job of focusing on what I have asked her to. I also like that they respect the schedule and are on time. I also like the atmosphere, it is very relaxing from the time you walk in.
