Hand and Stone

I was so satisfied with my experience at Hand & Stone! The staff were so friendly - the receptionist was so sweet and welcoming, even over the phone when I was making the appointment. The massage therapist was so open and happy to help - I felt like she really cared about my massage! I will absolutely be returning to Hand & Stone very soon.

Douglas is an amazing massage therapist. I've been to other therapists at Hand and Stone as well as other spas but Douglas is truly knowledgeable about giving authentic myofascial massages. The only thing I would change is having the pillows which I require under my pelvis being put in a fresh slip cover (while I'm there so I know it's being done).

The esthetician, Stephanie, is the best! She made me feel very relaxed and comfortable. She was so professional yet super friendly. The receptionist and manager were very accommodating and the reception area was inviting.

My RMT really focused on my problem areas and constantly made sure that I was not in pain at any time during my massage. Compared to other hand and stone locations, this location is by far the best in terms of service, ambiance and cleanliness.

Staff at Hand and Stone care about their clients. Their massage therapists are excellent and are very knowledgable. The facility is spotless and welcoming. I am in my second year of membership and will continue with my membership into my third year.
