Everyone is so friendly when you arrive and I didn't have to wait for my appointment. I tried the stones this time and I liked it. Thank you Krystal for the massage you gave me.

It had been awhile since I had a facial. I wasn't sure which type to get and trusted the recommendation of the esthetician after she assessed my skin. I really appreciate the time she took to explain what she was doing and what my skin needed.

They receptionist was super friendly and sweet. I forget her name but she had glasses and her hair was dyed a different color. My esthetician, Dene, was great and knowledgeable!

I find the turnover of therapists frustrating. I've had many cancellations because therapists have quit. This made me consider not renewing membership.

Friendly; staff recognizes me; very timely. The only issue is one of the restrooms is out of order and that causes a real backup for both clients and staff. Wish it would get fixed!

I have been a member for a while and I have loved my my person..she is doing a great job, only wish she would do 1.5 hours instead of just 1 hour. Lovely is excellent in what she does.
