The massage therapist was helpful and listened to my specific requests to focus on on my calves and IT bands. She checked in regularly to ensure the pressure was not too much and maintained a friendly and professional demeanor.

Massage therapist was very knowledgeable. He applied the correct pressure where needed, I just had an overall experience and to be able to schedule an appointment the next day was amazing!

The therapist was very professional and knowledgeable. Asked several times about amount of pressure. She invited me back. When I got home I could feel less back pain. Can't wait for next session.

Putting my name on the cancellation waitlist on the app is super helpful! Staff called me when there was an opening during my requested time frame. Lobby area is beautifully decorated and started my mental/emotional relaxation prior to the massage. I appreciate the offer to pay every other month so I can keep Hand & Stone membership within my budget.

The ease of booking an appointment doesn't seem to apply to members. I have never redeemed my points because it seems complicated on what I can and can't use them on.

The faculty members make it worth the high cost. I feel like my skin is definitely looking better. It just feels pleasant to come in and have my problems addressed.
