I like Hand and Stone. The Lacey location is just the 3rd hand and stone I’ve used. I LOVE Alice. She is VERY effective and knows massage well. I wish more therapists would be certified in decompression. The chairs in the waiting room are too low to the ground.

My massage therapist, Ashley knew the exact amount of pressure and areas of focus for my needs. She was friendly and caring while not being overly talkative. I’ve had many massages, but this one stood out as the most relaxing ever. It has been several years since my last massage but she immediately put me at ease.
