Hand and Stone

I've been coming to Hand & Stone for almost 7 years now at the same location. I've always been impressed with the staff and services. It's why I keep coming back. Everybody is friendly and knowledgeable. The services are great; they listen to you and your area of concern (whether massage or the estheticians). It's heaven. I just wish I could be in heaven longer.

It's a very comfortable feeling there. I will probably not return in 90 days because I live 4hrs drive away from the nearest Hand and Stone in WA unfortunately. I wish there was one in the Tricities, WA area. Then I'll renew my membership and go 2x a month like I did in VA!

My esthetician Dana was very knowledgeable. She listened to my needs addressed them and educated me on what I could continue to do at home.

The person who did the facial was nice. The girls at the reception desk were nice.

I've been going to hand and stone for almost two years now and I've ways had great experiences with all staff members. Appointments are usually available that fit my schedule.

I am acknowledged as soon as I walk-in the door and receive the assistance I need in finding available times with my preferred therapist. I also appreciate Nicole’s skill and recollection of my preferences which keeps me booking appointments with her.

All staff were very nice and polite. Excellent customer service. Knowledgeable esthetician.
