Michael is great. Professional yet friendly. Definitely puts clients at ease. He is also very knowledgeable and checks in regarding pressure or any questions/concerns.

I was new to this service but found it very comfortable and exciting. The esthetician was very nice, knowledgeable and I felt tryst right away. I feel like she recommended what was appropriate for me and not just trying to sell stuff.

Two months ago, I fell off a curb and landed on my face on the cement. I got taken to the hospital by ambulance. I broke my noise, bruised my teeth, chipped a tooth, wounded my lips and broke my wrist. The next day I woke up with two black eyes and dried blood all over my lips. I could not go outside for 3 weeks because I looked like someone beat the shit out of me. Yesterday was the first time I went to the spa since my accident. The staff was very nice to me. They suggested facial services (lactic acid peel, hydrating mask) that would not hurt my nose. (My nose is still tender.) Melissa gently waxed my lips. The service was excellent. It was very relaxing. I am 62 years old. People tell me that I look younger than I am. Part of the reason I look younger than I am is because I use Hand and Stone facial services. Thank you. never had facial spa before - just exploring

I’ve been there before and really like to be pampered once I a while. I like the gentil treat you get when you there. The environment is very pleasant.

Nita is one of the best masseuses I have ever had. She listens and responds with excellent massages addressing my needs. I highly recommend her.
