Initially I tried a few different massage therapists with varying experiences and a mixture of satisfied/not satisfied. I have been booking appointments with Rachael consistently since finding her. She has been great at listening to my needs and tailoring the massage to my requests. I confidently book with Rachael knowing that I will consistently have a great experience. The building and rooms are clean and well maintained, no concerns there.

The therapist, Chuck, was very knowledgeable and skilled. He made sure the pressure was appropriate and he focused on the areas requested at the beginning of the massage. While one massage doesn't fix everything I walked out of the massage feeling @ 70% better due to him focusing on the areas I needed relief from.

Very calm and welcoming atmosphere throughout the facility. Continuing the relationship with an awesome massage provider. Diverse and friendly staff.

I really enjoyed my treatment it was very relaxing. The wait time was minimal and the staff were friendly.

I had a very hard time getting a prenatal appointment scheduled because of the lack of therapists trained/ willing to perform them so I haven’t been able to utilize my packages in months. And then was told after my massage there was an up charge for prenatal which was not disclosed to me prior to booking. They waved the fee but that is frustrating to have multiple packages you can’t use and then he told you have to pay more.
