The front desk staff are so friendly. They make you feel welcomed for everything and always ask and make friendly talk at the end of appointments. I have watched them expertly handle a high customer volume time with precision and swiftness. Between getting people checked in and out and helping book new appointments. Any staff that makes eye contact always has a smile (even behind the masks you can tell). My MT has been great during the last 4mo in working around my limitations and issues from surgeries and injuries. His ability to address my problem areas and relieve those trouble spots (especially helping mobility and pain in my current one good leg) has helped immensely in my recovery from the most recent injury/surgery. He is always friendly and double checks halfway through to make sure he has helped the problem areas or if I need more time on them. I have given H&S gift cards to my three kids teachers for the last 2 years and will again this year. I always tell people about the monthly membership and how I think everyone should have it.

My massage was relaxing. The massage therapist focused on the areas that I requested. The location is great. Time and money well spent.

Katja is great and So is one of the gals at the front who helped me with a fee I received in the past. Those are the two people who made me want to keep my membership and not look at other places.
