Therapist Michael did a great job. He used adequate pressure to relieve muscle tension and listened to my body. I would highly recommend Michael for massage needs.

Kevin (my massage therapist) was SUPER friendly. He did an amazing massage and I was feeling a little uncomfortable with a male doh g my massage, but he made it highly comfortable for me.

Loved Katja. Very friendly. She was great with apying just the right amount of pressure. I was very pleased with the hot stone massage. I will definitely try that massage again.

I’ve been a member at the Lacey H&S for a few years. I’ve always been happy with Erin. I always refer people to her when Im asked about massages.

Receptionist stated she was new, she didn't realize the note in front her keyboard was mine. I let her know the charges were mine. It took longer than usual as she wasn't sure on several things in the system. The experienced representative kept walking away when I felt she should have stood back to support the new receptionist. Hands on training requires total support. Chit chat with others is not essential to new hire training.

Everyone working was super friendly and the environment was clean and calming. When I asked for focus on specific areas those requests were followed through which was nice. Great job overall!

Look forward to having a facial as this is so refreshing! Having an enhancement when having the facial is always a plus. This is a very relaxing time and just enjoy coming and having the facial.
