The overall experience was great. The only problems I had was with the online forms, I was not able to skip the pregnancy forms even though I am a male. Also, I was not able to access or save a few other forms from home when I tried to fill them out before my visit.

My aesthetician was very knowledgeable about facial treatment was best for my skin. She advised me on a night time skin care product which I purchased. She is very good.

As a new person who has been to other massage places in the past, the ease and helpful service of Hand & stone was a breath of relaxation! From being able to get an appointment within a reasonable time frame, and the knowledge of the receptionist made me comfortable in booking my initial appointment. After that first one I am so happy with H&S, I booked another appointment and joined the membership before leaving.

Alice is AMAZING! I really would appreciate some chairs that are taller. I have mobility problems and it’s hard to get out of low chairs.
